N.B. Two different taxonomic subdivisions have been used:
(1) Specimens <10µm = D. scrippsae, >10µm = D. bisectus;
(2) Specimens <10µm = R. bisecta, >10µm R. stavensis.
The latter division is followed here since the type specimen of R. bisecta is 8.2µm long.
