Notes
Transltion of diagnosis: Elliptical coccoliths with a narrow wall, composed of oblique and overlapping calcite plates. The central area is occupied by buttresses located in the axes of the ellipse. A massive stem stands at the center of the coccolith. The structure is completed by a grid whose perforations are of varying size, shape and arrangement.
