Morphology remarks:
XCs - narrowly elliptical, rim asymmetric wing at one end, blunt ended clockwise helical appearance (cf. H. orientalis); central area slightly vaulted; narrow medial cycle; central mass formed of single irregular cycle of elements.
BCs - elliptical; rim broad, with inner cycle; central area weakly vaulted, radial laths fuse toward centre but no discrete central mass.
CFCs - with spines, sometimes slightly curved.
