Type locality: From an east-flowing gully just east of Andreus Road, about 2 miles south of its intersection with Slate Rock Road, 2.7 miles east of Bristol, Dallas County, TX.

Original Description
Test small, trochospiral, biconvex; spiral side slightly more convex,consisting of 2-2.5 whorls of chambers which expand gradually in size. 5 chambers in the last whorl, truncated peripherally by a weak double keel or a wide, imperforate peripheral band. Chambers petaloid in shape on spiral side, separated by curved, slightly elevated sutures, which usually are beaded. Chambers subtrapezoidal in shape on umbilical side, separated by straight, radial, depressed sutures. Umbilicus narrow and shallow. Primary aperture interiomarginal, umbilical to slightly umbilical-extraumbilical in position, bordered by a tegillum. Tegillum broken on all specimens observed.
