Globotruncana sudrensis

Original Description
Test trochoid, ventral side usually flat, slightly convex or slightly concave; dorsal side convex; chambers not inflated 5-6 in the last whorl, rarely 7. The periphery is lobate with two marginal keels, the ventral one usually disappearing on the last chamber. Sutures on the dorsal side limbate, raised in many cases beaded, strongly curved near the centre but then bend sharply and become almost straight specially the last three. On the ventral side they are almost U shaped and depressed only between the last chambers. The aperture opens in the wide depressed umbilicus which has raised limbate walls.
