Original description: Translated from French: Foraminifer belonging to the Family Globigerinidae, consisting of three to four whorls, six to seven chambers per whorl, with a well-marked keel, but without a carinal band. Each chamber is made of two perforate walls , joining one another along the keel and separated from each other by a portion of the imperforate band that shapes a partition in which the aperture is located. The chamber periphery is linear in shape, except that of the first whorl, where the outline in lobate. Chamber walls more or less undulated
