Original description: "Test medium size, formed by 3 whorls; peipheral margin stellate; 5-6 chambers in the last whorl, increasing gradually in size as added; chambers ovoid to semi-elongate on both spiral and umbilical sides, spherical to ovoid in peripheral view; sutures radial, straight to slightly curved, depressed on both spiral and umbilical sides; umbilicus wide and shallow; relict apertural flaps frequently observed umbilically."
