Remarks: Hedbergella implicata, n. sp., is characterized by its lobulate overlapping chambers. The last four chambers are overlapping, and the ultimate one is remarkably large. H. implicata, n. sp., is  compared to H. intermedia, n. sp., under the latter species.
Range: Upper Albian, Favusella washitensis Assemblage Zone, Hedbergella implicata Subzone.
Occurrence: H. implicata, n. sp., is abundant in the uppermost part of the Kiamichi Formation, and is com- mon in the Duck Creck Formation. This species is restricted to these two formations in the North Central Texas area.
