Original description: Medium to small-sized test, moderately high to high trochospire, macroperforate wall; circular outline, asymmetrical lateral profile with convex spiral side and concave umbilical side; equatorial periphery lobate with two closely spaced rows of pustules or weakly developed keels at least at the beginning of the last whorl, that usually merge in the final chambers; four to five chambers in the last whorl, often cross-shaped and moderately increasing in size as added. Spiral side with crescentic chambers in the last whorl; chamber surface smooth to slightly pustulose and flat; sutures curved and raised. Umbilical side with trapezoidal chambers; chamber surface inflated and more pustulose; sutures straight and depressed. Primary aperture extra-umbilical-umbilical; umbilical area about 1/4 of the maximum diameter.
