Original Description
"Test plano-convex, low to moderatly high trochospiral, evolute, umbilicate, consisting of 3-3.5 whorls; equatorial periphery generally circular, weakly lobulate with a weak to well-beaded peripheral keel. Chambers petaloid, inflated, 5-6 in final whorl, uniformly and rapidly increasing in size. Dorsal sutures slightly raised, weakly beaded, curved; ventral sutures depressed, radial. Umbilicus moderately broad. Aperture interiomarginal, extraumbilical-umbilical, bordered by an apertural lip. Wall calcareous perforate. Surface finely rugose to hispid. Coiling predominantly dextral. Average max. diameter 0.60 mm."
