Original Description
Test circular. Spiral side flat with 2 1/1 -3 whorls, which enlarge rapidly in width. Last volution presents seven to ten narrow, distinctly bent chambers, the sutures of which stand apart as small borders. Umbilical side arched, wide, and with flat umbilicus, the latter with granules of a callus-like test surface. Border sharp, notched, and surrounded by a small ridge. Aperture an opening at the inner margin of the last chamber and slightly covered by a callus-like test material.
