Original Description
2b. Tribus: Staurocyclida. Coccodiscida aculeata, aculeis marginalibus in plano aequatoriali sitis et e margine lentis radiantibus (sed sine brachiis cameratis).
A. aculeis duobus oppositis, in uno axi sitis.
AII. testa med. duplici.

Translation: 2b. Tribe: Staurocyclida. Spined Coccodiscida, with marginal spines situated in the equatorial plane and radiating from the margin of the lens (but without chambered arms).
A. With two opposite spines, situated in one axis.
AII. With double medullary shell. (Translated from Latin by E.M.R. and W.R.R.)]
