Original Description
1a. Tribus: Archicorida. Monocyrtida aperta eradiata.
A. Archicorida limbati (= Cyrtocalpida). (Archicorida margine ostii laevi aut succiso).
AII. acuta (capitulo spinoso, non laevi).
Ib. testa conica, sens. verg. ost. dil.
b+ coni axi recta.

Translation: 1a. Tribe: Archicorida. Open monocyrtids without radial appendages.
A. Bordered Archicorida (= Cyrtocalpida). (Archicorida with the apertural margin smooth or truncate).
AII. Acute (cephalis spiny, not smooth).
Ib. Test conical, gradually dilated toward the aperture.
