Original Description
Neobotrysidae mit einem inneren Stachelgerüst, welches aus einem Sagittalring und den anhängenden Stacheln A, D, Lr, Ll besteht. Die Stacheln sind von Tuben eingehüllt.

Translation: Neobotrysidae with an inner spicule, composed of a sagittal ring supporting the spines A, D, Lr and Ll. The spines are enveloped by tubes. (In German. Translated by J.P.C.)]
