Translated description: [Sphere ovate-oblong, smooth; with an indistinct median nucleus; distinguished by small, well separated, irregular pores; nucleus uncertain; with each end obtusely spined. Two opposite spines, one small, thicker, conical at the apex, the other longer, thin. Total length without spines 72 µ. Approx. 3 distinct pores in 23 µ. Length of the larger spine 56 µ, of the smaller 23 µ. (Translated from Latin by E.M.R. and W.R.R.)]
