Distinguishing features:
Parent taxon (Chiastozygaceae): Loxolith coccoliths with variably-developed proximal/inner-cycles and a central-area spanned by axial, non-axial or diagonal crossbars or a single transverse bar. LM image includes both unicyclic and bicyclic types. Outer rim clockwise-imbricate.
