Morphology: Coccosphere trimorphic, all coccoliths are elliptical muroliths, ca. 1 µm long, with narrow flat topped rim, axial cross and prominent process. CFCs numerous; large gently-curved, rectangular-section, process 2-3.5 µm long. BCs numerous; smaller banana-shaped process, 1-2 µm long. AACs one or two only; rim flaring; moderate sized, nearly straight process, ca. 2 µm long.
