Taxonomic discussion: Similar to Hornibrookina teuriensis Edwards, 1973 but more elliptical and with narrower central area.

Distinguishing features: Small to medium sized, normally-elliptical, central area narrow with ~8 pairs of lateral bars and a longitudinal bar.
