Editors' Notes
Orthography: Supraha et al. (2016) spell the eptihet arethusiae instead of arethusae. This is incorrect since the epithet is  based on the Greek personal name Arethusa (a nymph), and so the correct form is arethusae (see ICN art 60.8).
