Remarks. Chiloguembelina subwilcoxensis is slightly similar to the types of C. wilcoxensis (Cushman and Ponton) in the U.S.N.M. collection, including Beckmann's (1957) hypotypes. However, unlike the new form, C. wilcoxensis has a slightly twisted test, less globular and closely appressed chambers, and a strongly papillose wall. Some specimens of C. subwilcoxensis show slightly irregular chamber arrangement.
