Original Description Test free, trochospiral, biconvex: chambers globular inflated; wall calcareous. finely perforate, crystalline microstructure of granular hyaline calcite; surface rugosed. not meridionally arranged; primary aperture arched, interiomarginal, umbilical, with secondary sutural openings in the dorsally exposed intercamcral sutures of the all chambers: umbilicus wide. covered by very thick, large tegillum.
