Probably Jackson, Chapapote formation, grey clay.Type locality: On the Tuxpam River near the village of Chapapote, Mexico. Type repository: Ithaca; Paleontological Research Institution, Ithaca, New York;
Original Description Test relatively large for the genus, rotaliform, dorsal side very flat, ventral side strongly convex, periphery angulate, chambers few, inflated, about 4 in the last formed coil, rapidly increasing in size so that the last makes up over one quarter of the test; sutures distinct, depressed; wall very finely granular; aperture rather large, extending from the periphery to the umbilicus. Size: Diameter 0 .54 mm. Height 0.33 mm. Etymology: From Cerro Azul (Blue Hill) Tampico, Mexico [site of the biggest oil gusher of all time in 1916] Extra details from original publication The erecting of this species required considerable courage on my part, as it is very near the form to which Galloway and Wissler applied the name G. crassaformis. It differs from this species in not being umbilicate and in the less angularity of the periphery. The aperture is also larger and the shape of the chambers slightly different. Editors' Notes NB Originally spelt as Globorotalia cerro-azulensis Cole 1928 but insertion of the hyphen was a mistake which was automatically corrected.

The hyphen was not the main point. It was first published under the genus Globigerina not Globorotalia.

I've noted that in a comment but left the original spelling since the name correction would have occurred automatically under ICZN rules.
