Original Description

NB The original is written in Spanish, this translation was given in Soldan et al. 2018:

Diagnosis: Small species with globular chambers arranged in a relatively loose trochospire that is quite high in the adult specimens, with more than two whorls on the dorsal side.
Characters: Species rather small with a diameter ranging between 0.35– 0.40 mm in height in specimens with a low trochospire and up to 0.45 mm in specimens with higher trochospire. Spiral side clearly trochoid with about 10–15 clearly visible cham- bers developing very regularly and increasing gradually in size in about two whorls. Chambers are globular, somewhat flattened on the outside, with 5–6 chambers in the last whorl, rarely 4 and only in the case of specimens that are clearly juvenile. In the same portion of the shell, the majority of the specimens show a marked rise of the inner portion and, in turn, a steep slope with respect to the chambers of the last whorl, with the presence of all terms of variability. The gen- eral shape of the shell is rather globular with very appressed chambers with those of the last whorl being higher than wide. The umbilical side shows a deep depression to the side of the last chamber next to the small, arched aperture, which is not always visible. Surface is smooth, but finely reticulate.

Size:
rather small with a diameter ranging between 0.35– 0.40 mm in height in specimens with a low trochospire and up to 0.45 mm in specimens with higher trochospire
