Original Description

[Translation from the Russian. - Test elongate, with three whorls of inflated chambers. Ventrally, there are three chambers, of which the last one is oblique to the two proceding ones, which are coiled in a horizontal plane, and it is deflected toward the ventral side. On the dorsal side there are five chambers in the first whorl, and four chambers each in the second and third whorls. [Test low conical, elongate, peripheral pargin broadly sinuous. On the dorsal side, following the small initial chamber, there are three whorls. In the first whorl there are five very small chambers, and in the second and third whorls there are four small and large spherical chambers in each. The early whorls occupy a small area, and usually are in the same plane as the last whorl. Ventrally, there are three large chambers, of which the last one, the apertural chamber, is sometimes deflected to 45ÃÇ° in the relation to the two preceding horizontally coiled chambers. Sutures between chambers narrow, straight, infrequentlly slightly curved, markedly depressed in the last whorl. Aperture slitlike in the last chamber, at the side of the umbilicus. Wall calcareous, densely porous. Diameter 0.55 mm.; thickness 0.32 mm.
