Original Description Translation from the Russian. - Test rounded, broadly lobate, last chamber oval at the periphery. In the first whorl there are five small chambers; in the second and third whorls there are four chambers in each, which rapidly increase in size; ventrally, there are four large spherical chambers. Test large, low conical, rounded, with a broadly lobate periphery. The last two chambers are oval. This is a characteristic feature of the present species. Dorsally, following the small initial chamber, there are five small chambers in the first whorl; in the second and third whorls there are four semi spherical and spherical chambers in each. On the ventral side the umbilical depression is surrounded by four spherical chambers. Septal sutures narrow, straight, strongly depressed. The aperture in the last chamber opens onto the umbilical area. Wall calcareous, densely covered with alveolar pores. Size: Diameter 0.70 mm.; thickness 0.~3 mm.
Extra details from original publication Comparison. - In the present species, thepenultimate chamber is subject to considerable variation. In some specimens that chamber is oval; in others it is spherical. Moreover, dorsally the plane of chambers in the early whorls is variable. Usually, these chambers moderately overlap the last whorl. Along with these forms, specimens have been found in which the plane of the early whorls somewhat deflects from that pattern. The present species differs from the typical Globigerina pseudoeocaena Subbotina, from the middle Eocene of the Northern Caucasus, in the outline and in the large number of whorls and chambers.
Found also in northeastern Azerbaidzhan S.S.R., and in the Maly Balkhan, Turkmen S.S.R
