Original Description

Test small, with a low coil, rounded in outline, with a broadly rounded lobate peripheral margin. Consists of 10-11 chambers, forming 2-2.5 whorls. In the last whorl are 4-5 spherical chambers, freely in contact. Chambers increase in size as added more or less uniformly, but the last one is sometimes a little shorter than the preceding chamber and stretches out upwards. Sutures deep, very slightly curved. Umbilical region open, depressed. Aperture umbilical with a small lip in the form of a narrow curved lamina. Wall finely perforate, smooth, opaque.
