Type locality: Locality Ho-528, 5 km. N. 33° E. from kampong Aliantan, Tapoeng Kiri area, Rokan-Tapanoeli Region (approximately between north latitudes 0° 30' and 1°50' and east longitudes 99°40' and 101°30' ), Central Sumatra, Netherlands Indies; auger hole sample, depth 3 meters
Type repository: Bandung; Deposited in the collections of the Geological Museum at Bandoeag, Java;

Original Description

Test medium, periphery well rounded, strongly lobulate, closely coiled in early stage, dorsally rather flat but more convex ventrally; chambers distinct, five to six in last whorl, inflated, particularly last two or three, arranged in a flattened spiral fashion; sutures distinct, depressed, straight, radial both ventrally and dorsally; aperture a large opening at base of last chamber, opens ventrally and extends into umbilical region, a distinct lip projects from the upper part.

Size:
Diameter 0.4 mm.; thickness 0.28 mm.
