Original Description Members of this superfamily have trochospiral, calcitic, microperforate tests, with pustules. The primary aperture is intraumbilical or intra-extraumbilical, without a porticus or tegillum. No muricocarina, no spine-bases, or spines are present and perforation pits are always absent.
