Original Description

Low trochoidal test with depressed inner whorl, four chambers in the last whorl rapidly and irregularly increasing in size so that the second one is frequently larger than the last one. The chambers are truncated toward the umbilicus; the sutures are curved in the early stages of the last volution, becoming straight later in completed adult development. Two finely beaded keels are distinctly visible and limit a narrow peripheral band in the early stages, though often being masked by well-developed rugosities. The test is dextrally coiling.

Dimensions of holotype: Width 0.40 x 0.31 mm.; thickness, 0.28 mm.
