Original Description

[Translation from the Russian. - Test very small, barely discernible at a magnification of 102, narrow, long, very slightly broadened at the apertural end. At first glance, it is reminiscent of Bolivina, and has the shape of a narrow oval. Periphery smooth, not sinuous. Chambers spherical, closely adhering to each other. Most of the chambers are of equal size; only the two final ones are considerably larger than the preceding chambers, being two or three times their size. The final chamber is particularly large and rests upon the two preceding chambers. There are six or seven chambers per row . Septal sutures slightly curved, depressed. Median suture sinuous. Aperture not seen. Wall thin, transparent, smooth.

Size:
Dimensions of holotype: Length 0.12 mm.; width of the last row 0.04 mm.

Etymology:
Mica в переводе - крошка [translates as baby]

Extra details from original publication
[Variability. - Beside typical specimens. test with smaller final chambers, as well as narrower and broader tests were found . Variability, however, is very slight .

[Comparison. - Our form differs from Guembelina pumiia Subbotina in the narrow test which is only slightly broadened at the apertural end. We have not found any close species in the literature.
