Original Description The test is low trochospiral to planispiral. The wall is microperforate in the adult, with perforations irregularly scattered. The surface is unencrusted, but with scattered pustules over the wall surface or only in intercameral sutures, but has no spines. The aperture is interiomarginal, intra-extraumbilical, with a narrow lip (or lips) of uniform breadth. Few or no sutural pores are present. The umbilicus is open except when it is covered by a bulla.
