Geographic distribution.– USA (Texas, Wyoming, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, New Jersey), Canada (British Co- lumbia), Europe (Germany), Central Asia (Azerbaijan), Australia, South Atlantic Ocean (Falkland Plateau) and East Indian Ocean (Exmouth Plateau).
