Original description: Diagnose: Espèce du genre Hedbergella, trochospire basse, ouverture principale ombilicale it extra-ombilicale pouvant devenir spiro-ombillcale ; grosses pustules sur les premieres loges du demier tour.
Description:
Face ombilicale: Ouverture primaire intériomarginale, ombilicale it extraombilicale, une lèvre plus ou moins large est visible sur les 2 ou 3 dernières loges. Sutures droites, déprimées. 6 à 8 loges subtriangulaires au demier tour. Ornementation: pustules sur les premiéres loges du dernier tour, absentes sur les derniéres. Ombilic peu profond.
Face spirale: Plane à légèrement concave. Chez les formes évoluées à ouverture spiro-ombilicale, ouverture primaire visible et possibilité d'ouvertures résiduelles. Contour lobé. Sutures déprimées, sutures intercamérales radiales it légàrement courbes. Loges globuleuses. Ornementation : pustules plus développées sur les premieres loges du dernier tour. Loges à croissance modérée.
Profll: Trochospire très basse avec tendance à la planispiralit.é Périphérie arrondie. Ouverture primaire basse pouvant devenir spiro-ombilicale.
