Le Calvez (1949, p. 17) on the basis of Terquem's preserved specimens stated that G. aequabilis (and also G. lamellosa) was in fact a synonym of Discorbis propinqua = Rosalina propinqua Terquem, 1882. [F. LeCoze written comment, 2023]
