Extra details from original publication Globigerina dutertrei d’Orbigny, 1839, Globigerina conglomerata Schwager, 1866, and Globigerina eggeri Rhumbler, 1901, have been considered. G. dutertrei is a lenticular form presenting a different umbilical structure. Globigerina helicina d’Orbigny, 1826, as described and illustrated by Banner and Blow (1960, p.13, pl.2, fig.5) has been considered also. The present forms differ from G. helicina in the apertural structure which is visible on the dorsal or spiral side. There are less chambers and the present form is comparatively small.
