Original Description

"5-9 pairs of biserially arranged, closely to strongly appressed primary chambers. In edge view the late primary chambers become thicker from side to side than wide from back to front in side view. Rarely a supplementary chamber or two is added at the back of the ultimate or penultimate primary chamber. The surface of the test bears fine, but conspicuous striae."
