Original Description
"Diagnosis.- The test is biconvex. In the last whorl are 4-5 chambers of angular-subangular peripheries. The semi arcuate aperture with an distinct lip is on the base of the last chamber. "Description.- The test consists of 2Â_ - 3 whorls of 4-5 slowly enlarging chambers in the last whorl. The dorsal side is high conical. The ventral chambers are subconical. The equatorial profile is subcircular; the periphery lobate. The axial periphery is subangular, or occasionally angular. The intraspiral and intracameral sutures are deep; the intracameral short or curved. The ventral sutures are radial, deep. The umbilicus is broad, deep. The aperture is intromarginal, umbilical - extraumbilical; semi-arcuate, with indistinct lip.
