Type locality: Not designated. Localities given: KL-601 (figs. 42-43) and KL-611 (figs. 45-46), in the foothill region on the south flank of Boekoet Kelam, east o1 Pasir Pengarajan, and between the rivers Rokan Kanan and Rokan Kiri, central Sumatra, Netherlands Indies.
Type age (chronostrat): ambiguous: Lower and middle Miocene, Telisa formation, or middle Miocene, Lower Palembang formation
Type repository: Medan, Sumatra; Deposited in the micropaleontologic collections of the Nederlandsche Pacific Petroleum Maatschappij, Medan, Sumatra. Representative specimens filed in the micropaleontologic collection of the Colorado School of Mines, Golden, Colo .

Original Description
The variety differs from the original by exhibiting extreme irregularity of chamber growth.

Size: Dimensions: (Pl. 3 figs. 42, 43) Length 0.64 mm. height 0.51 mm. Cotypes (Pl. 6, figs. 45. 46) Length 0.55 mm., height 0.44 mm

The form is found most prevalently in the Telisa. It is exceptionally scarce in the Lower Palembang.
