Taxonomy
Original description: Translation from the Russian. - Test helically coiled, in the shape of a short quadrihedral pyramid with rounded corners. Each whorl contains four chambers. Chambers spherical, quickly increasing insize as added. Sutures depressed. Aperture a low slit, between the umbilicusand the peripheral margin and covered by a lip shaped like the peak of a cap. Wall calcareous, smooth.
Family Heterohelicidae. Upper Cretaceous.Monotypic.
