Original Description Test planospiral, adult coil with 4 or 5 chambers, periphery somewhat lobulate, wall very finely punctate, smooth, granular near aperture, spines short, hollow, pointing anteriorly, chambers globular and so inflated that each chamber almost completely covers the spine of the preceding chamber, aperture comparatively small, tripartite, at the base of the apertural face. Size: Diameter without spines 0.58 millimeter; with spines 0.75 millimeter. Etymology: Extra details from original publication This appears to be a development from Hantkenina brevispina.
