Description: Gehäuse klein, niedrig trochospiral, eng genabelt, lobate Peripherie abgerundet. Spiralseitig etwa zweieinhalb Umgänge zu beobachten, Kammern flach, langsam größer werdend, Nähte gering versenkt. Den engen Nabel umgeben sechs auf dieser Seite bauchige Kammern, Nähte tief, gerade bis leicht geschwungen. Mundschlitz interiomarginal umbilikal. Selten.

Relationships: Gerade diese Art zeigt sehr schön die morphologisch verbindenden Merkmale dieser Gattung von der rhätischen Schmidita zur kretazischen Hedbergella auf.
