Those forms which occur in the mid-latitudes when they are typically right coiled be designated as Neogloboquadrina pachyderma (Ehrenberg) dextralis Setty n. subsp. (sensu stricto).

Editors' Notes
No illustration was provided and no holotype designated. Nonetheless, this probably does just about amount to a formal description, but it is clearly a junior synonym of N. incompta (Cifelli 1961)

NB In the same publication the names Neogloboquadrina pachyderma dextralis typica and Neogloboquadrina pachyderma sinistralis typica were proposed for low latitude forms, but these were infra-subspecific names and so invalid.
