Problem of priority. If Ventilabrella ornatissima Cushman and Church 1929 and Gublerina cuvillieri Kikoine 1948 are synonyms then the accepted species is Gublerina ornatissima (Cushman & Church, 1929) new type species of Gublerina.
Sounds fair, I'll ask Brian to take a look at this - Jeremy
Brian has explained that this species was in fact reinstated in Georgescu et al. 2009 and is no longer considered a synonym of G. cuvilleri. The database now reflects that. .. and thanks again for pointing this out.
