Original description: Test only slightly longer than broad, much compressed, early portion rapidly tapering, later with the sides nearly parallel, all but the latest chambers keeled; chambers broader than high, increasing somewhat in relative height in the last chambers, only slightly inflated; sutures of the early portion slightly limbate, later ones slightly depressed; wall in the early portion slightly costate, later smooth, finely perforate; aperture low, arched.
