Emended description:
Test low trochospiral, biconvex; equatorial periphery slightly lobate; axial periphery angular, with two keels separated by a narrow peripheral band which sometimes does not truncate the globular profile of the chambers. Chambers inflated, petaloid, irregularly increasing in size as added on spiral side; trapezoidal, globular on umbilical side; 5-8 chambers in final whorl. On spiral side sutures oblique and depressed to slightly raised. On umbilical side sutures depressed appearing radial, but marked by a largely U-shaped sigmoidal rims. Umbilicus wide and deep. Aperture interiomarginal, extraumbilical-umbilical, with portici. [copied from Chronos database]
