[A species weakly ornamented, characterized by a trochospiral but sub-symmetrical coiling, by an initial spire overhung by the last whorl and by its rapidly increasing chambers]

[Description: Small test with a finely and densely perforate wall, numbering 6-7 chambers in the last whorl; they increase regularly and rapidly in size in the last whorl; the coiling is sub-symmetrical, the last whorl clearly overhanging the remaining low spire; the periphery is rounded and the outline strongly lobate.
The spiral side displays quite straight, oblique sutures becoming more and more depressed toward the last chambers; the chambers surface is strongly inflated.
The umbilical side displays a deep and quite narrow umbilicus; the chambers surface is inflated, the sutures radial, straight and strongly depressed; the wall extensions fuse into a funnel-shaped small plate.
The apertural side is strongly inflated, broader than high.
The ornamentation is not clearly marked. It is noticeable only on the internal spire.
The main aperture is high, largely extending toward the periphery. The overlying lip is poorly developed. The supplementary aperture is small almost intraumbilical in position.
The coiling appears to be mostly dextral (66%), as opposed to what may be understood from the figured specimens.]
