2. Subfamilia: Pylophormida. Pylonida testa medullari simplici aut duplici praedita, quae radiis cum pontibus clathratis (inter fissuras testae ellipticae complanatae magnas sitis) conjuncta est.
A. fissuris duobus oppositis (in polis axis longitudinalis).
AI. testa bifida simplici.

2. Subfamily: Pylophormida. Pylonida with single or double medullary shell, which is joined by radii with latticed bridges (situated between the large gates of the flattened elliptical test).
A. With two opposite gates (at the poles of the longitudinal axis).
