Original Description

Testae enuclae e cellulis binis (longitudinaliter constrictae) aut e cellulis appositis multis coalitae (Effusae planae aut teretes et subglobosae).

Testarum clathratae cellulae binae amplae, strictura longitudinali levius discretae ... appendicibus spinosis insignis.


Translation:
Test enucleate, with two chambers (longitudinally constricted), or formed of many chambers grown together (spread in a plane or rounded and subglobose). Test with two broad latticed chambers, separated by a slight longitudinal stricture. Distinguished by spiny appendages, simple. (Translated from Latin by E.M.R. and W.R.R.)]
