Translation:

2d. Tribe: Sethocapsida. Closed, eradiate Dyocyrtida.
A. Obtuse Sethocapsida (With cephalis smooth, not spiny).
B. Acute Sethocapsida (with cephalis spiny, not smooth).
BI. With a single cephalic spine.
Ib. With cephalis partly
