Original Description

[Oblong-globose, with slight median constriction, smooth, with undulating margin; from the lower end of the median suture extends a thick spine; the median pores larger and the external ones smaller. Transverse diameter 14O µ. Larger pores 23 µ. (Translated from Latin by E.M.R. and W.R.R.)]
